Question 1

Will I be approved?

Accepted Answer

Neither Amazon approval nor Impact account or advertiser approval is guaranteed. Eligibility and review are platform- or advertiser-specific, and those requirements can change, so use the current program terms as your source of truth.

Question 2

How do qualified conversions work?

Accepted Answer

A click or order pays only when the action meets the current program’s terms, attribution and tracking rules, eligibility requirements, and exclusions. Returns, cancellations, and disallowed activity can remove qualification.

Question 3

Where do disclosures go?

Accepted Answer

Use plain, noticeable language close to the recommendation or link and before the decision point. Do not rely on a footer-only or hard-to-find disclosure, and include any current program-specific statement that applies.

Question 4

How should affiliate links be formatted?

Accepted Answer

Use links generated by the relevant program with the assigned tracking or store ID. Do not strip attribution parameters, manually replace them, or obscure or redirect the destination in a way that defeats attribution or clarity.

Question 5

What compliance issues get accounts suspended?

Accepted Answer

Material issues can include deceptive or unsupported claims, self-purchases or disallowed orders, inaccurate account or publishing details, missing or hidden disclosures, prohibited traffic, content or link practices, and failure to follow current program or advertiser terms. This is not an exhaustive list or legal advice.

Keep the first step clear.
